I started about 4 months post-partum so had some ‘baby weight’ to lose. My aim was to return to my pre-pregnancy size and weight and I achieved that as well as some improved body definition. One of the best things was noticing greater muscle definition in my arms and legs than I’d ever had before. Meet Your Coach

I’m Oli, the founder of Leftfield Training and a trainer with over 14 years of coaching experience. I enjoy guiding people to the realisation that fitness and good nutrition are the natural extension of an increased awareness of, and connection to, our bodies. An outcome that more mainstream practices make increasingly difficult.

I came to the fitness world via a life-changing injury and my subsequent search for treatment for chronic pain. I specialise in callisthenics (bodyweight exercise), corrective exercise, kettlebells, nutrition coaching and the keystone to all of it, behaviour change.

Outside coaching, I enjoy jujutsu, acting, reading, cooking and DJing. Fitness should be something that enhances your life, and I’m here to help you find what works best for you.

    We start with a conversation. Before any program begins, we dive deep to understand your goals, challenges, and current habits. This way, we can recommend the best strategies rather than pushing generic programs that don’t fit.

  2. Choose Your Fit: A premium 1:1 mobile service, outdoor group sessions, online— or any combination— you decide how you want to engage with your fitness journey.

  3. Build Your Practice
    Together, we develop a fitness practice incorporating training, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and more. Not a rigid plan but a routine that fits around your life, ensuring it’s realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.

  4. Learn, Adjust, Repeat
    Fitness isn’t static. As you progress, your needs and goals will change, and we adjust the plan to keep things aligned. Our holistic approach means ongoing support and education, helping you grow into a stronger, healthier version of yourself over time.

Clarity Before Solutions Modern fitness often jumps to solutions before clearly defining the problem and right at the outset this is where many people get stuck. These are typically solutions for the business NOT you the customer so at Leftfield it all begins with a conversation—not a sales pitch. Sales pressure is not something I appreciate —or respond favourably to— so I don't subject others to it either. It's also the standard fitness industry playbook in yet one more way that Leftfield is not.
